PLEASE READ THIS PRIVACY POLICY CAREFULLY, THOROUGHLY, AND METICULOUSLY so that as a USER, you can UNDERSTAND and comprehend the policies that WE have implemented.

This Privacy Policy is a genuine commitment from Rantai Berkah Teknologi (“QRYPTO” or “We”) to respect and protect the personal data or information of Users within the QRYPTO application and/or website via https://qrypto.trade and its derivatives managed by Rantai Berkah Teknologi (“QRYPTO Platform”).

Users are advised to read and carefully understand each and every provision in this Privacy Policy before using the services available on the QRYPTO Platform (“QRYPTO Services”). By accessing and using QRYPTO Services, Users are deemed to have accepted and agreed to the content of this Privacy Policy, along with the terms of use of the QRYPTO Platform as outlined in the Terms & Conditions and other information stated on the QRYPTO Platform.

QRYPTO may amend, add, or reduce this Privacy Policy from time to time as part of our efforts to better serve Users. Therefore, Users are encouraged to periodically review the Privacy Policy to be aware of the latest changes from QRYPTO. Changes to the Privacy Policy will take effect immediately after being posted on the QRYPTO Platform. If Users object to or disagree with this Privacy Policy, we recommend refraining from using QRYPTO Services.

Terms in this Privacy Policy refer to the definitions set forth in the Terms & Conditions unless otherwise expressly stated by us.


A. User Personal Data


To access the services available on the QRYPTO Platform, Users are required to register by providing information including, but not limited to, name, address, date of birth, occupation, phone number, email address, bank account details, and credit card information, gender, identification documents (including passport or national identity document) or other identification issued by regulators, photographs, nationality, phone number, and biometric information including but not limited to facial recognition (“Personal Data”) during registration or when accessing and/or using QRYPTO Services on the QRYPTO Platform. Additionally, personal profiles and unique identifiers linked to Personal Data will be categorized as Personal Data. QRYPTO may also request additional optional data, but it must be filled in to allow QRYPTO to provide additional services to Users.

By clicking “Register” or a similar statement available on the registration page, Users declare and warrant that all Information provided to QRYPTO is accurate, valid, and lawful, and must update the data and/or information if any changes occur. QRYPTO requires all Users to submit basic information to facilitate the User identity verification process and to ensure that Users are legally of age. If the information (including changes to the information) provided by the User is found to be incorrect, QRYPTO is not responsible for any consequences that may arise from providing incorrect information.


B. Collection and Acquisition of User Personal Data


QRYPTO collects Users' Personal Data with the purpose of processing User transactions, managing, and facilitating the use of the QRYPTO Platform, and for other purposes permitted by applicable laws and regulations. The Personal Data collected includes:

  1. Data voluntarily provided by Users, including but not limited to data provided when Users:
    1. Create or update an Account, including username, email address, phone number, password, address, photo, and other information that can identify the User;
    2. Contact QRYPTO, including through the Help Center
    3. Fill out surveys sent by QRYPTO or other parties officially appointed to represent QRYPTO;
    4. Use QRYPTO Services;
    5. Use features on the QRYPTO Platform that require access to relevant data stored on the User's device.

  2. Data recorded when Users use the QRYPTO Platform, including but not limited to:
    1. Real or approximate location data such as IP address, Wi-Fi location, and geo-location;
    2. Data in the form of the time of each User activity related to the use of the QRYPTO Platform, including registration, login, and transaction time;
    3. User usage or preference data in using the QRYPTO Platform, saved choices, and selected settings. This data is obtained using cookies, pixel tags, and similar technologies that create and maintain unique identifiers;
    4. Device data, including the type of device used to access the QRYPTO Platform, including hardware models, operating system and version, software, IMEI number, file name and version, language preferences, unique device identifiers, advertising identifiers, serial numbers, device movement information, and/or cellular network information; and/or
    5. Log data, including server logs that receive data such as the device's IP address, access dates and times, application features or pages viewed, application work processes and other system activities, browser types, and/or third-party websites or services used by Users before interacting with the QRYPTO Platform.

QRYPTO collects financial information, transaction details, and Users' Personal Data while Users use the QRYPTO Platform, including but not limited to social media account data, mobile and computer device information, geographic information, IP address, referral sources, session duration, page views, clicks, and information obtained when users register and upload data. QRYPTO also collects data from social media accounts that Users have permitted QRYPTO to access. QRYPTO will also periodically send information and updates to User accounts, including but not limited to information on promotions, changes to QRYPTO Services, and policies implemented by QRYPTO on the QRYPTO Platform that may affect Users.

If Users choose not to provide Personal Data and/or the Personal Data provided by Users does not meet the completeness as required by law and/or the agreement between QRYPTO and the User, QRYPTO reserves the right not to provide QRYPTO Services to the User.


C. Use of User Personal Data


All information regarding User Personal Data provided voluntarily during registration will be stored and protected by QRYPTO in accordance with the Privacy Policy. User Personal Data will be used for QRYPTO purposes including but not limited to:

  1. During login and logout processes on the QRYPTO Platform;
  2. For survey and research purposes to improve the performance and security of the QRYPTO site and Platform;
  3. To monitor or investigate suspicious transactions or transactions suspected of fraud or violations of the Terms & Conditions or applicable legal provisions, and to take necessary actions as a follow-up to the monitoring or investigation of such transactions.

Users consent to QRYPTO obtaining, collecting, processing, analyzing, displaying, sending, disclosing, storing, modifying, deleting, managing, and/or using Users' Personal Data for QRYPTO Services. Users also agree and permit QRYPTO to provide and/or distribute Users' Personal Data to third parties who have collaborated with QRYPTO for administrative purposes and/or product offerings and/or in the context of improving services to users.

QRYPTO may create, use, license, and disclose aggregated data, such as demographic or statistical data, for any purpose (“Aggregated Data”), which may be derived from Users' personal information but will not be considered as Personal Data because this data will not directly reveal the identity of the Users, as QRYPTO will ensure that all identifiers are removed so that the data (either alone or in conjunction with other available data) cannot be linked and/or cannot identify anyone, and the data will then be combined with similar data to form a larger data set.


D. Data Security and Disclosure


QRYPTO is committed and has integrity in protecting Users' Personal Data. All User information will be protected by QRYPTO and will only be used for QRYPTO activities and for no other purposes. This privacy policy applies to the products, services, and Platforms operated by QRYPTO.

QRYPTO limits staff access to Users' Personal Data, and most of them only have access to certain parts of the data needed to perform their duties as part of our services. Our staff is not allowed to transfer or take data out of the server. If necessary, QRYPTO will send notifications from time to time to ensure that no parties and/or other individuals make changes to accounts without the User's knowledge.

In certain circumstances, QRYPTO may need to use or disclose Users' Personal Data for law enforcement purposes or to comply with applicable legal and regulatory requirements, including in the event of disputes or legal proceedings between Users and QRYPTO, or in cases of suspected criminal activities such as fraud or data theft, or to comply with applicable legal and regulatory requirements.

Regarding the disclosure of Users' Personal Data, QRYPTO may need to disclose Users' Personal Data to third-party service providers, agents, and/or affiliates or related companies of QRYPTO and/or other third parties located outside Indonesia and Australia. However, these third-party service providers, agents, and/or affiliates or related companies and/or other third parties will only manage and/or utilize Users' Personal Data in connection with one or more purposes as outlined in this Privacy Policy and in accordance with applicable legal provisions.


E. Links to Other Sites


To facilitate Users, the QRYPTO site provides links that refer and/or direct Users to other sites owned and operated by Third Parties. Each site has its own privacy handling policy, so Users must be cautious and review the privacy policy statements applicable on those sites before providing any information, including personal data. QRYPTO is not responsible for the content of sites managed by Third Parties and/or any information provided by Users to those sites.


F. Cookies


Accepting cookies is not a requirement for visiting the QRYPTO site. However, QRYPTO would like to point out that the use of the 'cart' function when accessing QRYPTO Services on the QRYPTO site and Platform is only possible with cookie activation. A cookie is a small text file that identifies the User's computer to the QRYPTO server as a unique User when the User visits certain pages of the QRYPTO Services available on the QRYPTO site and Platform and is stored by the User's Internet browser on the User's computer hard drive. Cookies can be used to recognize the User's Internet Protocol address, saving time while on or wanting to access the QRYPTO Platform.

QRYPTO only uses cookies for Users' convenience in accessing the QRYPTO Platform. Users' browsers can be set not to accept cookies, but this will restrict the User's use of QRYPTO Services. QRYPTO guarantees that the use of cookies does not contain viruses or personal data and is free from malicious programs.


This Privacy Policy only applies to the collection and use of information that we collect from Users. QRYPTO is not responsible for cookies used by third parties.


G. User Choices and Transparency


Mobile devices (iOS and Android) generally have settings that prevent the QRYPTO Platform from accessing certain data without the User’s consent. iOS devices will notify Users when the QRYPTO Platform first requests access to such data, while Android devices will notify Users when the QRYPTO Platform is first loaded. By using the application and granting access, Users are deemed to have given their consent to the collection and use of their Personal Data on their device.


H. Storage and Deletion


QRYPTO protects all User Personal Data stored within its system and safeguards such data from unauthorized access, use, modification, retrieval, and/or disclosure by employing a range of security measures and procedures, including User passwords and OTP (One Time Password) codes.

User Personal Data may also be stored or processed outside the country by parties working for QRYPTO in other countries or by third-party service providers, vendors, suppliers, partners, contractors, or QRYPTO affiliates. In such cases, QRYPTO will ensure that the Personal Data remains protected in accordance with QRYPTO's commitments under this Privacy Policy.

While QRYPTO has made every effort to secure and protect User Personal Data, it is important to note that data transmission over the Internet is never completely secure. Therefore, QRYPTO cannot guarantee 100% security of the data provided or transmitted to QRYPTO by Users, and the provision of such information is at the User's own risk.

QRYPTO will delete and/or anonymize User Personal Data under its control when (i) the Personal Data is no longer required to fulfill the purposes of its collection; and (ii) retention is no longer necessary for compliance with applicable laws and regulations.

Please note that there may still be instances where some of the User’s Personal Data is retained by other parties, including authorized government agencies. If QRYPTO shares User Personal Data with authorized government agencies and/or other agencies designated by the competent government or in cooperation with QRYPTO, Users agree and acknowledge that the retention of their Personal Data by such agencies will be governed by the data retention policies of those respective agencies.


I. Amendments to the Privacy Policy


QRYPTO may change, add, or reduce this Privacy Policy from time to time as part of our efforts to serve Users better. Therefore, Users are encouraged to read the Privacy Policy periodically to be aware of the latest changes from QRYPTO. Changes to the Privacy Policy will immediately take effect after being posted on the QRYPTO Platform. If Users object or disagree with this Privacy Policy, we recommend that they do not use QRYPTO Services.


J. Complaints Regarding User Data Protection


If Users have concerns about how QRYPTO handles or treats their Personal Data, or if Users believe that their privacy has been violated, they can contact QRYPTO through QRYPTO's customer service or the contact listed in this Privacy Policy by providing their identity and the nature of their complaint. QRYPTO will investigate the User's complaint and strive to respond within a reasonable time after receiving the complaint from the User.

If Users have questions, comments, complaints, or claims regarding this Privacy Policy, or if Users wish to access and/or correct their Personal Data, please contact QRYPTO customer service via email at support@qrypto.trade.


K. Data Subject Requests and Information Deletion


QRYPTO will retain information as long as the User's account is active, in accordance with the applicable legal provisions in Indonesia and Australia.

Users have the right to submit data subject requests to QRYPTO by emailing support@qrypto.trade. Users can also request the deletion of their information through the QRYPTO Platform and QRYPTO mobile, which will be periodically opened via email at support@qrypto.trade.

QRYPTO will process the request in accordance with the applicable legal provisions in Indonesia and Australia.
